Why we do what we do

teamification took 18+ years, 1000+ leadership programs. Our founders became leadership coaches and startup mentors…and they saw the gap

We think different…

We just didn’t like the activities that were touted as team building for leaders. So we set about creating content, activities, board games, tech games, virtual activities, escape rooms and more – all with a focus on making leadership teams better.
